Job Summary

Deliver exceptional operational performance as the key leader of the MICE division, ensuring seamless event execution and corporate program delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end operations of MICE events including logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and team management.
  • Lead the operations team providing guidance, motivation, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client relations to align operational execution with business goals.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, venues, and service providers.
  • Conduct site inspections, assess venues, and ensure event requirements are met.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational efficiency, implement process improvements, and drive cost optimization.
  • Oversee compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards during event execution.
  • Handle risk management and contingency planning for seamless event delivery.
  • Prepare operational reports and MIS for senior management and clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years in event operations or related roles with 3+ years in MICE operations leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of the MICE industry, event management best practices, and vendor management.
  • Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
