Technical Lead in Salesforce Development

As a seasoned developer, you will lead the end-to-end development of Salesforce solutions, utilizing your expertise in Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable logic to implement complex business processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality code, focusing on scalability, reusability, and performance.
  • Provide technical leadership, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices for junior and mid-level developers.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and validate solution architecture.
  • Leverage Lightning Web Components (LWC) integrated with OmniStudio to develop scalable solutions.
  • Drive adherence to Salesforce development standards, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development.
  • Hands-on experience with integration procedures, lightning web components, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Vlocity Omniscripts and Data Raptors.
