Objective:

A seasoned software development leader is sought to oversee projects in key locations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand Existing Systems: Conduct thorough analysis of current applications, including business logic, workflows, and technical constraints.
  • Code Migration & Compatibility: Migrate shared/common codebase while ensuring seamless compatibility with the Windows environment.
  • Design and Solutioning: Contribute to architectural decisions during development due to the absence of a finalized design.
  • UI/UX Layer Development: Design and implement a modern mobile UI/UX layer that aligns with existing business processes.
  • Problem Solving & Innovation: Tackle complex development and integration challenges with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and ability to overcome technical challenges, strong communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders, and experience in creating technical documentation and architecture specifications.
