Change Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements for changes in the live environment, analyzing these requirements to ensure clarity and feasibility, and ensuring MOPs for significant activities are thoroughly verified by the team lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing validated MOPs in the production environment
  • Monitoring and documenting the implementation process

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent, RHCSA certification, and strong attention to detail. You should also have a strong understanding of ITIL Change Management process, Linux and Unix systems, particularly RHEL and DevOps Cloud, and familiarity with Oracle PSU, EP deployment, and other significant activities.
