Production Officer Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Officer to ensure the efficient operation of our production processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Process Optimization: Calculating and reconciling production input vs output to optimize process efficiency.
  2. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate daily and monthly production records, including rejection data.
  3. Training and Development: Providing training to operators on good manufacturing practices, safety protocols, and workplace improvement initiatives.
  4. Quality Control: Monitoring processes to ensure machine operations meet validated parameters.
  5. Problem Solving: Handling Non-Confirming reports, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
  6. Customer Service: Managing defective material complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Performance Management: Achieving weekly and monthly targets as per production planning.

Key Responsibilities: Process optimization, record keeping, training and development, quality control, problem solving, customer service, performance management.
