As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily boutique operations, ensuring a smooth and high-end customer experience. You will also manage a team of stylists and support staff, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring. Your key responsibilities will include driving sales by engaging clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized styling advice, handling client appointments, measurements, fittings, and follow-ups with precision and care.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of retail/fashion experience, preferably in the bridal or designer label sector. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and team management abilities, and be well-groomed with a keen eye for fashion, trends, and customer preferences.
