This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Salary range Rs 400000 - Rs 500000 ie INR 4-5 LPA Min Experience 1 years Location Delhi JobType full-time As a Fashion Consultant you will serve as the face of the brand delivering a premium personalized shopping experience to clients Your passion for fashion excellent styling sense and strong sales orientation will drive customer loyalty and revenue growth in a luxury retail environment Requirements Key Responsibilities Client Experience Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism ensuring a memorable high-end shopping journey from entry to purchase Provide personalized styling advice and wardrobe recommendations tailored to each client s preferences lifestyle and needs Sales Performance Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales goals Maximize each customer s shopping experience through upselling and cross-selling of products Product Knowledge Visual Merchandising Stay informed about current collections fashion trends and brand narratives Ensure displays meet visual merchandising standards and inventory is accurately maintained Clienteling Relationship Building Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective high-value clients Maintain a client book and proactively follow up with clients for styling advice exclusive previews and new arrivals Store Operations Support store upkeep merchandising standards and inventory accuracy Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service and seamless operations Requirements Experience 1-3 years in fashion retail ideally with exposure to premium or luxury brands Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction Skills Attributes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong fashion sense and awareness of current luxury and fashion trends Polished appearance and grooming aligned with luxury retail standards Customer-centric approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment Education Bachelor s degree in any field education in Fashion Retail or related areas is advantageous Perks Benefits Competitive incentives and rewards linked to sales performance Exposure to globally recognized luxury fashion brands Structured training and development in luxury retail and sales excellence Clear pathways for career advancement within the luxury retail ecosystem Skills Sales Client Relationship Management Fashion Styling Customer Service Luxury Retail Visual Merchandising
