Our Defence Colony studio caters to discerning brides who seek elegance, exclusivity, and bespoke detailing in couture. We are looking for a seasoned Senior Sales Executive with specialized experience in bridal couture to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by delivering a personalized and consultative experience to bridal clients.
  • Manage end-to-end client interactions, from first consultation to final fittings and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
  • Manage official phone and Whatsapp/Instagram leads, ensuring consistent client engagement and brand representation.
  • Coordinate with the design, production, and alterations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of bridal fashion trends, fabrics, silhouettes, and styling to provide expert guidance.
  • Represent the brand professionally at trousseau consultations, trunk shows, and exclusive events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4–7 years of proven sales experience in bridal couture (mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect with high-profile clientele with discretion and empathy.
  • Deep understanding of bridal wear, luxury retail standards, and personalized styling.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail in managing appointments, customizations, and client preferences.
  • Target-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi required; additional languages are a plus.
