Project Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled project leader to manage our interior design projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.

  • Own the customer experience, managing all interactions from booking to handover. Act as the primary point of contact for customers and resolve any issues within agreed timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate swift issue resolution and empower team members to tackle problems effectively.
  • Lead a team of operations leads, empowering existing staff and hiring top talent to strengthen the team in your region.
  • Ensure adherence to established process standards and protocols to deliver a standardized customer experience.
  • Responsible for customer move-in timeline adherence, customer overall CSAT score, and quick resolution of customer escalations.

Key Requirements:

  • NIT/BITS/IIT/MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools is preferred.
  • 7-12 years of overall work experience in startups or operations in similar industries.
  • Proven people management skills, including direct team reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • A structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Develop strategic alliances/business partnerships through builders, architects, and interior consultants to expand project reach.
