Key Analytics Role

About this role:

This is a pivotal leadership position within our organization, responsible for driving strategic insights across the business.

We're seeking an accomplished analytics expert to lead our data analytics function and spearhead informed decision-making.

This high-impact role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, improve operational efficiency, and drive long-term growth.

As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in building and scaling a data-driven culture, enabling executive-level stakeholders to make strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team, including data analysts, BI engineers, and data scientists.
  • Define team structure, roles, and responsibilities to align with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, finance, and operations to ensure alignment between analytics and business needs.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, ensuring campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
  • Work closely with engineering and data teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability of analytics infrastructure.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
Requirements:
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or growth roles, with at least 4+ years leading analytics teams in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools, SQL, and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with data warehouses is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex data into compelling business stories for executives and drive alignment on strategic decisions.
