Quality Assurance Professional

In this position, you will contribute to the transformation of testing using quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your work will significantly improve control, accuracy, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:- Support teams in developing quality solutions and enabling continuous integration and assurance of defect-free deployment of customer value.
- Collaborate closely with feature teams and various stakeholders for professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to designing automation test strategies aligned to business or programme goals.
- Develop more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.
- Refine the scope of manual and automated testing required, creating automated test scripts, user documentation, and artefacts.
Ensure repeatable, consistent, and high-quality processes are built into all phases of the idea-to-value lifecycle at reduced cost or time to market, identifying defects early on.
Requirements:- Experience in automated testing, particularly in Agile development or CI/CD environments.
- An innovative thinker who can identify opportunities and design solutions, along with complex automation code development capabilities.
- A good understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile team, relating everyday work to the strategic vision of the feature.
- End-to-end and automation testing experience using UFT, Selenium, Postman, GitLab, Cucumber, and a strong understanding of programming languages like Java, Python, VB macro, and frameworks like BDD, TDD, TestNG.
- Exposure to AI tools like CoPilot and GitLab Duo.
