A Key Role in AI Development

In this pivotal position, you will drive the creation and optimization of Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions.

  • Develop and Optimize LLM Solutions: Lead the design, training, fine-tuning, and deployment of large language models, leveraging techniques such as prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based architectures. This role is ideal for those passionate about staying at the forefront of advancements in artificial intelligence.
  • Codebase Ownership: Maintain high-quality, efficient code in Python (using frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph) and SQL, focusing on reusable components, scalability, and performance best practices.
  • Cloud Integration: Aid in the deployment of GenAI applications on cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS), optimizing resource usage and ensuring robust CI/CD processes. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining optimal system efficiency and performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, data scientists, and business SMEs to define project requirements, translate technical details, and deliver impactful AI products. Effective communication is crucial in this role to ensure seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Mentoring and Guidance: Provide technical leadership and knowledge-sharing to the engineering team, fostering best practices in machine learning and large language model development. Share your expertise and contribute to the growth of your peers.
