We are seeking an AI/ML Expert to join our team as a remote LLM Engineer.

As part of this role, you will work closely with various Digital Products Teams in the AI Center of Excellence to support building key prioritized Generative AI solutions for achieving functional AI/Gen AI vision.

Your expertise in Gen AI development (Multi-agentic architecture, Agents orchestration, RAG, LLM evaluations, APIs development etc.) will be crucial in driving end-to-end design, development & deployment of Gen AI solutions at scale to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in technology, software engineering or data science/ML.
  • 5+ years of hands-on coding experience in Python development.
  • 2+ years of experience in building Generative AI products at scale.

You will be expected to have strong experience in developing Generative AI based solutions using frameworks e.g. Langchain, Llamaindex to build Retrieval augmented generation (RAG), multi-agent architectures driven solutions e.g. Langgraph, AutoGen, Crew.ai, Agent SDK.

Excellent communication skills and professionalism are must-haves as you will work cross-functionally, collaborating with executives.
