Job Description:

Seeking a seasoned Python professional to lead the design and development of high-quality AI/ML-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data structures, and system design.

The selected individual will be responsible for implementing and optimizing complex machine learning models, data pipelines, and APIs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications.

Key skills include excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and the capacity to work independently in a remote setup. Staying current with the latest AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and tools is also crucial.

">Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 12+ years of hands-on software development experience with a focus on Python.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-driven applications in production.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI/ML solutions.
  • Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and CI/CD practices.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, RAG models, or Agentic AI.
  • Experience in building intelligent agents or AI-powered products.
  • Prior experience in mentoring AI/ML development teams.
