Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned process improvement professional to lead our systematic and continuous approach towards enhancing organizational performance, focusing on reducing costs, improving efficiency, and elevating product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
    • Lead and implement Lean methodologies across business processes, establishing frameworks to measure process performance and track improvements.
    • Drive cross-functional workshops to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for growth.
  • Cost Optimization & Efficiency
    • Partner with product, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to analyze and optimize cost drivers (materials, labor, overheads).
    • Lead initiatives to reduce costs without compromising quality, monitoring and reporting savings against targets.
  • Standardization & Best Practices
    • Develop and roll out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical processes, benchmarking industry best practices and adapting them to our manufacturing and service models.
    • Enable digital tools/automation for process monitoring and efficiency improvement.
  • Quality & Performance
    • Collaborate with Quality teams to reduce defect rates, improve reliability, and strengthen customer satisfaction.
    • Partner with Manufacturing Engineering to improve yield, reduce downtime, and enhance throughput.
  • Change Management & Capability Building
    • Build organizational capability in Process Excellence through training and coaching.
    • Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
