Technical Leadership Role

This full-time position is for a Technical Manager located in Tiruvallur. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day R&D operations and provide solutions to clients' requirements by understanding exact applications, product development via formulations and compounding. They will be responsible for leading the team, ensuring projects meet technical specifications, and contributing to the strategic development of the company's solutions.

The ideal candidate will have team management and project management skills, technical support capabilities, research and development (R&D) experience including polymer compounding/formulations, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and the ability to work on-site in Tiruvallur. Experience in the polymer or manufacturing industry is an asset.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure projects meet technical specifications and are delivered on time

Requirements:
