Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure accurate reporting for educational institutions across India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial records with utmost accuracy and precision.
  • Prepare and maintain ledgers, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports that provide valuable insights into the institution's financial health.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations with diligence and attention to detail.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, and audit processes to maintain the institution's reputation and credibility.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial planning for institutions to make informed decisions.
  • Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and management teams to facilitate smooth financial operations and achieve strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Proven experience as an Accountant, Accounts Executive, or in a similar finance role with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance to navigate complex financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel to streamline financial processes and enhance productivity.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

  • Experience in the education sector to leverage expertise and understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
