High-Level Technical Lead Role: A Financial Integration Expertise Position

About the JobWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced senior-level professional to fill the position of High-Level Technical Lead, specializing in financial integration expertise. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing scalable solutions that drive API governance and integration best practices.This leadership role demands an exceptional background in integration technologies and proven expertise in financial technology and banking systems integration. Your strong technical skills, combined with your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, will be instrumental in delivering high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for integrating complex systems using WSO2 API Manager and Enterprise/Micro Integrator.
  • Leverage your expertise in microservices architecture to design and deploy efficient APIs, ensuring seamless performance and reliability.
  • Create custom mediation logic and advanced message transformations using WSO2 Integration Studio, driving business growth through innovative solution development.
  • Oversee system integration projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring secure and scalable solutions that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and QA teams to ensure alignment and deliver results-driven outcomes.
  • Mentor and train team members to enhance their knowledge and skills, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions that drive business success.
  • Promote DevOps practices throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring seamless deployment and continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in IT integration, with a strong background in financial technology and banking systems integration.
  • Hands-on expertise in WSO2 API Manager, Enterprise Integrator, Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
  • Strong understanding of API governance principles and message transformation techniques.

Bonus Requirements
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, event-driven integrations) and cybersecurity best practices.
