Optimize Order-to-Cash Process

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Order to Cash Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for leading all activities related to cash and billing domain. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to build strong relationships and deliver seamless services.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement analytical solutions to identify risks and opportunities that impact business performance.
- Work on a consistent pipeline of opportunities and lead all activities related to cash and billing domain.
- Manage and record the performance of team members, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing staff skills.
- Partner with Human Resources to handle client engagement, staffing levels, employee development, and performance issues.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills. You should have good knowledge of accounting principles and be able to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences. A Finance MBA from a regular institute is preferred but not required.
