We are looking for a Cash Application Specialist to join our team in Noida Its an opportunity to work in In-house Captive Cash Operations The team consists of 35 members and reporting to the Supervisors We would love to speak with you if you have a good knowledge and experience in Cash Application Record to Pay Cash Application Specialist with minimum of 2-3 Years of experience To ensure efficient timely and accurate performance of operations processing and monitoring of standard and special requests by providing high quality services to our internal and external customers About You - experience education skills and accomplishments Work experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cash Applications - For Cash Application Specialist Proven experience in downloading bank statements extensive research and posting of payments to customer accounts Applying Cash deep dive investigation proactive follow ups with respective stake holders ability to call customers to resolve aged Unapplied Cash posting various types of journal entries handling intercompany transfers account reconciliations processing refunds analyzing and addressing critical customer queries support with internal and external audit queries Salesforce Oracle Knowledge is an added advantage Bachelor s degree in Finance Commerce and at least 2 years of equivalent relevant experience It would be great if you also had Working Knowledge of O2C process would be an added advantage Reporting Accounting Proficient in Excel Salesforce End user knowledge Customer Centric proactive in raising alerts to management to avoid any possible risk Flexible to adapt to challenging and dynamic environment B Com or relevant Degree in Finance What will you be doing in this role Correctly execute tasks and procedures related to the input of cash payments into the ERP system with accuracy Using bank statements to properly identify the customer submitting the payment verify the amount and invoice being paid Utilize various system reports to research payments received and credit memos processed then subsequently clearing the related invoices in the ERP system Understand time constraints and deadlines associated with payment research and application and ensure that all daily goals are met Prepare journals to reclass payments received to the correct customer account or to various general ledger accounts as necessary Resolve payment misapplication Prepare KPI dashboards and reports Support weekly SOX compliance requirements Perform other assignments call customers and participate in various projects as necessary Hours of Work04 PM - 01 AM IST for Cash Application SpecialistAt Clarivate we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all persons with respect to hiring compensation promotion training and other terms conditions and privileges of employment We comply with applicable laws and regulations governing non-discrimination in all locations
