Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Process Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cash application functions, resolving customer disputes, and reconciling orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cash application functions to invoices at assigned sites, ensuring timely and accurate completion of Daily Receipt Reconciliation (DRR)
  • Identify and resolve unidentified cash and manage end-to-end process of Cash Applications
  • Making collection calls to customers, emailing/faxing invoices or getting hard copies mailed out to customers as per their requests
  • Follow up on customer/internal disputes, customer questions and working between departments to get a resolution
  • Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
  • Freshers are eligible
  • Good at English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Meaningful Experience
Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills (Clear verbal and written Communication, Problem solving, etc.)
  • Significant experience in Accounts Receivable/Order to Cash
