This role involves training and developing teams to optimize their performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing training programs, providing coaching and feedback, and conducting assessments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • New hire onboarding and training
  • Managing training batches with a 1:20 ratio
  • Providing feedback and coaching on process and quality best practices
  • Documenting feedback based on audit gaps
  • Weekly calibration calls with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conducting training sessions within specified timelines
  • Assessing trainee performance during tests
  • Database management and daily reporting
  • Motivating associates through effective management and career development
  • Processing transactions weekly or monthly as defined by the process
  • Maintaining competencies through TTT certification and product knowledge

Critical Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - client-facing role
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, preferably afternoons
  • Knowledge of UK mortgages
  • Experience working with Microsoft applications (Forms, Excel, Word)
  • Creation of academies and newsletters
  • Attention to detail for accuracy
  • Able to conduct detailed investigations using service providers and open sources
  • Result-oriented and client-focused
  • Feedback and coaching skills
  • Good rapport building skills and methodical organization
  • Experience with cryptocurrency products (preferred but not mandatory)

Selection Criteria:

  • Graduate degree in any field (not enrolled in regular courses)
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in UK mortgages (preferably end-to-end)
  • Citizen of India or eligible to work in India
  • Above 18 years of age
