Job Title: Training Course Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as a subject matter expert for our training programs. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, guiding participants, and ensuring successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate should have:

- In-depth knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and IBBI regulations

- Proven training and teaching experience

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

A certification in insolvency or bankruptcy would be an added advantage. Experience in exam preparation and training programs is also preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training programs for examination candidates
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive course materials and study resources
  • Provide guidance and support to participants throughout the training program
  • Conduct mock exams, practice sessions, and doubt-clearing classes
  • Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to update course content
  • Ensure compliance with IBBI guidelines and examination standards

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in insolvency, bankruptcy, or related fields
