Job Title: Area Enabler

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Area Enabler. This role involves overseeing the management of various areas within the organization, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all HRMS modules.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to manage and maintain interfaces between HRMS and external systems.
  • Work closely with HR teams to ensure effective employee data management, reporting, and analytics.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in HRMS data management, including data entry, updates, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
