Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver integrated workflow systems, procurement management solutions, construction management solutions, and project management solutions.
  • Identify and evaluate applications and systems to meet business requirements.
  • Create AS-IS and TO-BE flow charts, SOPs with stakeholders to drive consensus of approach and requirements.
  • Collaborate with Application Vendors, internal IT departments to finalize process and application design.
  • Prepare detailed design documents, comprehensive test scenarios, and test plans.
  • Lead walkthroughs and demos for business stakeholders and users during beta rollout.
  • Maintain and create master data aligned with Engineering and Construction Management requirements.

Functional Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, materials management for projects, and services management, including associated systems and controls.
  • Experience with systems or applications supporting project execution in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC).
  • Deep expertise in at least one of the above areas, with a solid working knowledge of the others.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP MM and other applications related to Project Management.
