We are seeking a highly skilled Process Design Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize flow chemistry and batch processes for scale-up and commercial manufacturing.
  • Perform process design calculations including heat and mass balance, reaction kinetics, equipment sizing, pressure drop, mixing, and scale-up parameters.
  • Prepare and review engineering deliverables such as Block Flow Diagrams (BFDs), Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
  • Support process safety assessments (HAZOP, risk analysis, safety studies).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust process design.
  • Evaluate new technologies and propose innovative solutions for continuous manufacturing and flow chemistry applications.
  • Provide process engineering support during pilot plant and commercial scale-up.
  • Work with procurement and vendors for equipment selection and specification preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and EHS standards in process design.
