**Merchandising Lead Role Summary**:

This role is responsible for driving sales across various channels, developing seasonal merchandising plans and promotional strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of consumer trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.

About This Role

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our merchandising efforts, with a focus on product assortment planning, visual merchandising displays, in-store promotions, and merchandise website management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing merchandising strategies to drive sales growth across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to develop seasonal merchandising plans and promotional strategies.

  • Conducting market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.

  • Working closely with product development teams to ensure alignment between merchandising strategies and product assortment planning.

  • Maintaining merchandising guidelines, standards, and best practices.

  • Overseeing gifting activities, including selection and procurement of gifts, as well as managing festive promotion campaigns.

  • Managing BTL activities, trade marketing events, activations, and promotional programs.

  • Ensuring effective customer care operations.
