Job Overview:

As a seasoned finance professional, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and ensuring strong governance practices across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in management accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. They will also possess excellent leadership skills to oversee cashflow management, payments, and treasury functions for the India entity.

Key responsibilities include leading management accounts preparation and month-end close, managing India balance sheet reconciliations and income statement variance reports, supervising India payroll and procurement processes, coordinating statutory and tax compliance, and maintaining India's compliance calendar.

In addition, you will prepare and consolidate group financial reports with accuracy and consistency, manage the year-end reporting process, standardise reporting tools, and provide actionable insights for executive and board-level reporting.

Other key tasks involve implementing and monitoring financial controls and compliance policies, supporting anti-fraud initiatives, policy documentation, and governance training, and tracking and addressing control deficiencies and ensuring timely remediation.
