  • Conduct variance analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor real-time financial performance and set key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Recommend strategies to improve financial performance and present detailed reports to managers.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with various teams within the organization.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Liaise with external parties to ensure compliance and transparency in financial reporting.
  • Support senior management on ad-hoc requests for analysis.
  • Oversee secure/unsecured business segments, managing assets exceeding 15,000 crores.

Requirements:

  • Financial services background and prior Big 4 experience preferred.
  • FP&A background preferred.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • SAP Cost Centre and Profit Centre reporting knowledge beneficial.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills advantageous.
  • Good team player, proactive, and result-oriented.
  • Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of experience.
