Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and administer AEM environments.
  • Manage the content lifecycle, including authoring, publishing, workflows, tagging, and versioning.
  • Develop templates, components, and pages in AEM using best practices.
  • Support content authors, marketers, and developers in utilizing AEM effectively.
  • Collaborate with frontend/backend teams to integrate content seamlessly across platforms.
  • Ensure digital asset management and content governance across channels.
  • Troubleshoot AEM issues and coordinate resolutions with Adobe or developers.
  • Document processes, workflows, and user guides for AEM.
  • Monitor system performance and participate in upgrades, patches, and deployments.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AEM (Sites, Assets).
  • Familiarity with AEM architecture, templates, components, and workflows.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web content adjustments.
  • Experience working in enterprise content management or marketing operations teams.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools and integration with AEM is beneficial.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • AEM certification, such as Adobe Certified Expert – AEM Sites.
  • Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service or Adobe Managed Services.
  • Familiarity with Sightly (HTL), OSGi, and JCR structure.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, accessibility, and analytics tagging in AEM context.
  • Experience with personalization using Adobe Target or integration with Adobe Analytics.
