**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to drive our team's technical delivery of automotive electronics hardware for global vehicle OEMs.

About the Role:

  • This is a leadership position requiring strong electrical engineering expertise and project management skills.
  • The successful candidate will lead design tasks, manage electrical hardware design teams, and review customer specifications for compliance.
  • Prior experience in designing and developing automotive products with complex electronics is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in microprocessor and DSP digital core design, audio, camera, and video signals, as well as analog and digital control logic.
  • They will also be skilled in worst-case analysis and simulations to ensure compliance to customer requirements.
  • A proven track record of supporting product design reviews, creating/maintaining schematic and assembly drawings, and developing DFMEA is required.
  • The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain electrical documentation for PCB layout.
  • Additionally, they will support hardware prototype build, create product verification plans, and perform testing, including EMC and validation testing.
  • Able to present product design, analysis, and testing results to customers, the ideal candidate should have experience with lab equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators, and multi-meters.
