We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Support Associate

About the Position:

  • Provide exceptional technical assistance to end-users via various communication channels.
  • Assess and prioritize requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues with ease.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals as needed.
  • Process demands and resolve incidents efficiently following established procedures.
  • Record, track, and document incidents/service requests using our ticketing system.
  • Evaluate complex issues and escalate them to senior technicians or other relevant teams when necessary.
  • Develop effective communication skills to understand users' technical issues and provide clear instructions and solutions.

Requirements:

  • A basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
  • Knowledge of common office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A customer-oriented approach with a friendly and patient demeanor.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or other relevant certifications are an advantage.
