About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Associate - Customer Marketing to drive lead generation programs, processes, and systems. This role will work closely with the Associate Director - Customer Marketing and the upper management of the Marketing team to execute our enterprise demand generation strategy.

A Day in the Life

  • Generate sales opportunities in the healthcare technology space, including population health management, customer relationship management, artificial intelligence, and cloud technologies.
  • Utilize cold calling, email marketing campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to prospect for enterprise customers.
  • Develop and execute an account mapping plan to aggressively grow the new sales funnel and qualify potential net new upsell opportunities.
  • Research customer accounts and identify key personas to target.
  • Generate interest, qualify leads, and build pipeline growth via phone calls, emails, and social media for the Innovaccer customer accounts.
  • Reach out to the right prospect founder/CEO or CXO of a company.
  • Proactively make cold calls, prospect, qualify leads, and generate sales opportunities.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the SKUs sold in the customer accounts by targeting the right professionals for each SKU.
  • Present sales, revenue, and budget reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Monitor and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including Qualified Leads, Meeting Conversions, Sales Pipeline, Deal Stage/Opportunities, Lead Conversion Time.
  • Work in tandem with Customer Success, Product, and GTM to drive customer upsell opportunities and top of the funnel leads for the non-sold SKUs.
  • Create strategies for each customer account based on the SKUs sold and targeted executives.

What You Need

  • 4-6 years of experience in generating leads through cold calling, emailing in the US market.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Understand the logic of driving upsell leads.
  • Ability to identify the target professionals within a customer account to create leads for whitespace SKUs.
  • Work with Customer Success to drive generated leads to closed deals.
