Job Title: Account Delivery Head

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Account Delivery Head to lead our team in delivering exceptional results. As an Account Delivery Head, you will be responsible for managing the overall performance and governance of Statements of Work (SOWs). This includes working closely with Vendor Account Managers to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations in accordance with requirements and SLAs set out in SOWs.
  • Prompt identification and resolution of Service delivery issues, including implementation of preventative measures.
  • Transition management during setup phases or expansion phases.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Deliver high-quality services that meet client expectations.
  • Meet operational targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 18 years of experience in contact center operations.
  • Strong B2C/B2B sales experience.
  • Digital marketing ads sales experience.
  • A dynamic leadership style, with experience in managing large and diverse teams across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Very strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
