Regional Product Implementation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Product Implementation Manager to lead the delivery of group health insurance solutions for enterprise clients.

This role focuses on translating insurance product configurations into live client implementations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate combines strong insurance domain expertise with technical and operational acumen, driving client onboarding, plan configuration, and platform readiness across multiple regions.

You will act as a bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure successful and timely implementations.

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of group insurance products, including GMC/GHI, GPA, GTL, OPD, CI, modular, and Flex wallet-based designs.
  • Engage with clients to capture requirements and translate plan designs into technical portal specifications.
  • Deliver product and platform demonstrations to client stakeholders. Design, document, and validate plan configurations for application configuration teams.
  • Oversee configuration quality through testing, audits, and QA processes. Collaborate with technology teams on integrations, including enhancement, API, SSO, and SFTP.
  • Provide oversight to configuration specialists, including task allocation and performance monitoring.
  • Mentor team members and share best practices for scalable implementations.
  • Define and enforce QA/testing frameworks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase implementation efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to InfoSec, regulatory, and operational standards during client rollouts.
