We're seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to serve as a trusted technical leader, domain-level architect, and mentor across teams. You will drive technical direction, cross-team execution, and elevate the engineering bar at Techjays by creating scalable systems, shaping engineering culture, and championing AI-first innovation.

Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Backend Development: Python, Java, C#, or Golang with strong knowledge of distributed systems and scalable architectures
  • Data & Messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Cloud Technologies: AWS, GCP, Azure, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bamboo)
  • System Design & Architecture: Microservices, Domain-driven design, Event-driven architecture, Reusable frameworks, Shared libraries
  • AI & Innovation: Adoption of AI accelerators, RAG, LLMs, Vector Databases, AI-first engineering practices
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Technical mentorship, stakeholder management, cross-team communication, org-wide technical direction
