Lead Validation for Wireless Chips

We are seeking a Post-Silicon Validation Manager to lead our validation efforts. Key responsibilities include building and mentoring a high-performing validation team, ownership of validation strategy, setting up world-class labs and automation frameworks, collaboration across IC design, firmware, and system teams globally, driving end-to-end debugging, performance, and power validation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams
  • Passion for low-power systems and wireless technologies
