Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead our technology and security projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on delivering high-quality results, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement effective project governance strategies for ongoing or new projects assigned.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on agile processes for managing scope, organizing activities, and assessing risks.
  • Escalate, track, and eliminate impediments as needed to ensure project success.
  • Produce and maintain accurate and detailed project documentation.
  • Report outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate channels and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Work closely with the Program Management Office on program execution and operational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading technology and/or security projects with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Diploma or degree in a technical discipline or similar field.
  • A minimum of 4 years experience as a technical project manager with expertise in Agile methodology.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and collaborating with cross-functional groups.
  • Preferred certifications include PMP, PMI Agile Certified, LPM SAFe Certification, Certified Scrum Master, or Certified Product Owner.
