Distinguished Food and Beverage Director

As a seasoned Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our hotel's food and beverage services. You will lead a team of hospitality professionals in delivering exceptional guest experiences, while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
About the Role
You will be responsible for directing, coaching, and developing your team to achieve business objectives. This includes setting high standards, finding new ways to exceed guest expectations, and managing food and beverage standards to ensure responsible business practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directing and coaching a team of hospitality professionals.
- Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences.
- Managing food and beverage standards.
- Working closely with the finance team to set and monitor budgets.
- Multitasking to oversee multiple food and beverage outlets, kitchens, banquet, and convention facilities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or a related field.
- 4+ years of related experience, including management experience.
- The ability to speak the local language.
- Certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.
