About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual with expertise in treasury management to lead and manage various aspects of our company's financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and manage SCF programs (reverse factoring, silent factoring, receivables programs) to optimize cash flow and reduce costs.
  • Provide front-office support for hedging activities, including forex transactions, EEFC/FCY account balance reinstatements, MTM gain/loss working, and accounting.
  • Negotiate with banks and fintech companies to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with FEMA regulations, including A1 and A2 import payments processing, IDPMS, and EDPMS compliances.
  • Coordinate loan documentation, accounting, interest reconciliation, loan allocation, and buyers' credit facility arrangements.
  • Perform bank reconciliations for all bank accounts, loan, and FD accounts.
  • Support audit activities related to treasury functions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Coordinate with banks for periodic documentation of letters of credit and bank guarantees.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in treasury management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, SAP, and Microsoft Navision ERP systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • MBA/CA/CMA degree or equivalent qualification.
