Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the production of high-quality medications that meet the needs of patients and physicians worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking responsibility for individual contributions to achieve team deliverables
  • Representing the work group within department teams and fostering a positive team environment
  • Managing personal time and professional development, prioritizing workflow, and assisting less-experienced colleagues in prioritizing their tasks
  • Completing assignments based on established procedures, identifying delivery and process improvements, troubleshooting issues, and providing direction and training to team members

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related field
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)

- Bonus Points:
  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards
