Job Title: Client Servicing Executive

Location: South Delhi

Experience: 1–3 Years (Agency background preferred)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Client Servicing professional who not only excels in client relationship management but also has comprehensive digital marketing knowledge. The role involves working closely with clients, understanding their marketing goals, and ensuring effective execution of strategies across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Understand client requirements, create briefs, and coordinate with internal teams for project execution.
  • Develop and oversee end-to-end digital campaigns including SEO, social media marketing, pay-per-click advertising, content marketing, email marketing, influencer marketing, and website management.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and present detailed reports to clients.
  • Proactively suggest new ideas and strategies to enhance client business growth.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing/account management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask.
