We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Digital Marketing

Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. You will play a key role in driving qualified traffic, generating leads, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience segmentation to identify target audiences and create compelling ad copy and creatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (e.g., CPA, CTR, ROAS), and provide regular reports and insights.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage ad budgets and bids to ensure optimal allocation and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads and Meta advertising.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to campaign setup, tracking, or performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including PPC, SEO, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Google Ads and/or Meta certifications are a plus.
