Our team is seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in driving ROI-focused campaigns, optimizing ad spends, and scaling performance marketing channels.

We are looking for a results-driven individual who can plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms. You will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and providing regular performance reports.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions. They should also have expertise in campaign optimization and conversion tracking using tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager.

Additionally, you will collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages. Your ability to conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation will be essential in targeting the right audience.

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will continuously run A/B testing for creatives, copies, and targeting strategies. Your knowledge of SEO basics will enable you to align paid and organic strategies.

This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to stakeholders. You will stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and ad platform updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and Ads.
  • Proficiency in campaign optimization and conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Pixel setup.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of SEO basics to align paid and organic strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience in agency environments with multi-client campaign management.
  • Familiarity with programmatic ads and marketing automation tools.
