Job Title: Fiscal Manager

About the Role:
In this pivotal position, you will oversee various financial aspects of our organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Your expertise in accounting software and knowledge of Indian accounting standards will be instrumental in maintaining our financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, presenting findings to management for review.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and prepare necessary documentation and file tax returns, such as GST, TDS, and Income tax, on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, providing recommendations to management based on analysis findings.
  • Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll processing activities, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and statutory compliance.
  • Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years after graduation.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
  • Understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
