Job Title:

Fiscal Management Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Fiscal Management Professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Processing & Account Reconciliation:

    • Prepare and review journal entries to accurately record financial transactions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
    • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, guaranteeing accuracy and up-to-date records.
    • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve accounting discrepancies, fostering effective communication and teamwork.

  • GST & TDS Compliance:

    • Manage all aspects of GST compliance, including registration, invoicing, filing of returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and account reconciliation, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Ensure timely and accurate calculation, deduction, and payment of TDS according to applicable rates and regulations, minimizing tax liabilities and optimizing financial performance.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to GST and TDS, applying knowledge to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis:

    • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including adjusting entries and account reconciliations, ensuring accurate and reliable financial data.
    • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned by management, leveraging expertise to drive business insights and informed decision-making.
    • Contribute to the overall accuracy and efficiency of the company's financial reporting processes, streamlining operations and enhancing productivity.

  • Teamwork & Training:

    • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments, promoting a culture of collaboration and open communication.
    • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on proper accounting procedures and journal entry processing, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and skills development.
    Requirements:

    • Education:

      • Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting, demonstrating strong academic credentials and relevant expertise.

    • Experience:

      • 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a related role, showcasing practical skills and application of theoretical knowledge.

    • Skill Set:

      • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, practices, and regulations, including GST & TDS, underpinning technical expertise and analytical capabilities.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, facilitating efficient data analysis and processing.
