Customer Support Specialist

As the primary contact for users, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless assistance and prompt resolutions to their queries.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other support channels with patience and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Troubleshoot basic product and account-related issues with attention to detail.
  • Guide users on platform navigation, features, and subscription queries with excellent communication skills.
  • Escalate technical issues to the product/tech team with clear documentation.
  • Maintain and update FAQs, support documentation, and the knowledge base to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Track, prioritize, and close support tickets within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collect feedback and relay recurring issues or feature requests to the team.
Requirements & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably finance.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and patience in handling queries.
  • Familiarity with Jira for ticket tracking and issue escalation is beneficial.
  • Interest in financial markets is an added advantage.
