Position Overview:
The Digital Performance Marketing Campaign Manager will be an integral part of our digital performance marketing team, driving and executing Facebook and Google campaigns to achieve year-on-year 4x business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of data and performance marketing tools to build digital analytics capabilities and a ROI-driven approach.

What You'll Do:
- Execute and implement paid campaigns via Facebook, Google Channels, Programme Channels, Media planning and buying on digital platforms to generate new demand and convert new subscribers.
- Optimize ROAS (return on ads spend) to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Take ownership of end-to-end paid campaigns execution across channels.
- Develop intuitive and robust dashboards to measure and act upon campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign results, develop analytical & data-driven methodologies to scale up campaigns efficiently.
Who You Are:
- A highly analytical individual with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital performance campaigns on FB Ads Manager & Google Ads Manager.
- Proven track record of managing App Campaigns (App install / App remarketing) at scale on Facebook and Google.
- Experience working with tracking & analytics tools like Appsflyer/Adjust.
- Subject matter expert in programmatic ad buying, social media planning, and social media analytics for growth in content and campaign engagement.
- Excellent skills in campaign data analysis & reporting – Excel & Power Point Presentations.
- Good to Have: Experience with different tools & platforms such as Mix Panel, automating reports from marketing channels.
Salary Estimate:$80,000 - $100,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
