Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects and programs, with a strong focus on technology consulting.

The Program Lead will be responsible for driving problem discovery, scoping, program management, delivery, and ensuring the overall success of the program. They will collaborate with internal data science teams for the ML aspects, lead requirements elicitation, translate solutions requirements to technical architects, review solution design & estimation, coordinate program delivery, and measure and articulate the value of solutions developed.

This role involves a combination of hands-on contribution, customer engagement, and team management. The successful candidate will have experience working on programs with significant application engineering and development components, and exposure to MLOps/DevOps in the context of cloud-based predictive analytics solution deployment.

Requirements
  • 8-14 years of relevant experience, some of which have been in hands-on development.
  • Techno-functional background preferred (Engineering + MBA).
