We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our organization's AI/ML initiatives.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business processes and propose strategic use of AI/ML to enhance business outcomes.

• Develop thought leadership partnerships with functional heads to address business challenges and leverage AI/ML solutions for growth.

• Translate business problems into analytical problems and build solutions using AI/ML techniques to drive strategic initiatives.

• Define and develop approaches to scale AI/ML at the organization through various AI/ML solutions.

• Enable business decision-making through data storytelling and present insights to top business leaders.

• Build and manage external relationships for outside-in perspectives and innovative approaches.

• Drive AI & Analytics projects end-to-end, including conceptualization, development, implementation, and monitoring.

• Foster a strong team culture focused on solution delivery, continuous learning, and experimentation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in analytical roles.

• Strong collaborator with abilities to influence conventional thinking.

• Exceptional analytical thinking, data storytelling, and project execution skills.

• Passion for AI/ML/Data Science through developed solutions.

• Hands-on experience with Analytics/ML technologies and applications.

• Experience with open-source tools like Python, R, Spark, and cloud environments.

• Deep understanding of cloud-based frameworks and services around AI, Vision, Text, and Speech AI.

• At least 8 years of experience in client-facing data science consulting roles.

**Requirements:**

• MBA or master's degree in quantitative fields from top-tier institutes.

• Strong technical skills and experience with AI/ML solutions.

• Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify opportunities for growth.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Measure of Success:**

• Form partnerships with functional leaders and influence decision-making through data.

• Improve operational efficiencies and enable business goals achievement.

• Execute organization-wide initiatives.

• Implement AI/ML use cases and improve algorithm outcomes.
